London - The British Foreign Secretary, Mr Robin Cook, yesterday confirmed that the human rights campaigner, Mr James Mawdsley (27), has been freed from prison in Burma, where he was sentenced to 17 years in jail in September 1999. He is expected to arrive in London this morning.
