The recent crisis in the North's peace process is a setback but does not mean that the process cannot continue, Britain's ambassador to Ireland said yesterday.
Mr Ivor Roberts said people should be encouraged by the fact that there remained a wide measure of agreement on issues which had divided people in the past, such as the need for a fair and just society and a fully inclusive form of government.
Speaking at a lunch hosted by the Association of European Journalists in Dublin, Mr Roberts said his government would continue to do its utmost in working to implement the Belfast Agreement.
