Ryanair reports 31% passenger growth

Budget airline Ryanair today reported it had carried 2.99 million passengers last month, up 31 per cent on its June 2004 total.

The no-frills Irish carrier said its planes were 87 per cent full last month, the same figure as in June 2004.
