Celtic star Neil Lennon is at the centre of a Tayside police investigation after they confirmed that a complaint had been made against the player for an alleged incident at Dens Park yesterday.
Television pictures appeared to show the midfielder making a gesture towards a section of the Dundee supporters.
"I can confirm that we have received a complaint regarding an incident at the Dundee v Celtic football match regarding the actions of a player," a Tayside Police spokesman said.
"The incident will be fully investigated in due course."
