Six men were arrested under the Terrorism Act in a joint operation by the Anti-Terrorist Branch and MI5, police confirmed today.
The men were arrested yesterday at addresses across London and were being questioned at police stations around the city.
Three other men were arrested for alleged criminal offences and two others for alleged immigration offences.
