A study by Carolan Goggin (14), Janette Wrynn (15) and Claire Blake (14) from Newtown School, Waterford, shows that young people are not too far removed from religion.

Their research, which involved interviews with 149 people from 14 and 16, showed that between 80 per cent and 100 per cent attended a religious service of some kind twice a month.
