Big Brother's big momentAfter 13 weeks of , crying, fighting, making up and fighting some more Channel 4's reality television marathon Big Brother 7 draws to a close tonight.

Spiral - real name Glen Coranor - who entered the house half way through the series was the only Irish housemate. The sometime DJ from Finglas in Dublin made an impression on the house with his temper tantrums and was voted out.
Merriman focuses on Cusack
This year's Merriman Summer School begins tomorrow in Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare, and runs till August 26. The theme is Michael Cusack, the founder of the GAA, and his time; 2006 marks the centenary of Cusack's death. www.merriman.ie
