Yangon - The Burmese opposition leader, Ms Aung San Suu Kyi, returned home in an ambulance yesterday ending a 13-day protest against the military government's restrictions on her movements.
Ms Suu Kyi (53) entered her residential compound on Yangon's University Avenue shortly after more than 100 students held a rare protest in support of her National League for Democracy's promise to assemble a parliament.
