Telecom Eireann unions are to begin intensive negotiations on an Employee Share Option in the new year, writes Padraig Yeates, Industry and Employment Correspondent.
The unions met senior officials of the Department of Public Enterprise in Dublin yesterday and agreed an outline framework for talks. Both sides emerged from the talks optimistic that a deal could be done.
