The Sinn Fein Assembly member for North Belfast, Mr Gerry Kelly, has condemned the British Conservative Party for a "selective approach to victims". Mr Kelly said it was ironic that Conservative MPs Mr Andrew Mackay and Mr Andrew Hunter would meet only representatives of Protestant victims' groups on their visits to the North on Tuesday. "Individuals such as Mr Mackay and Mr Hunter have for a succession of years treated the nationalist population of the six counties with complete contempt," Mr Kelly said. Such a "one-sided approach" would always fail, he added.
