Trinty Biotech announced today it will make a donation of its Uni-Gold Rapid HIV tests to the value of $1 million to community organistions and public health facilities in the United States.
The Dublin-based firm announced their plans in recognition of National HIV Testing Day.
The company will distribute the tests over the next six months to qualifying community groups and public health facilities.
Trinity’s Uni-Gold Recombigen HIV test is the only rapid test available in the United States that can provide a result in as quickly as 10 minutes.
