The first television advertisement in the State to promote breast-feeding will be screened on Monday. The advertisement, produced by the La Leche League of Ireland, will feature three mothers breast-feeding, followed by information on the benefits of breast-feeding and where the league can be contacted.
The advertisement will run for two weeks between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on RTE 1.
