Arklow-based bathroom products manufacturer, Qualceram Shires, has completed the sale of a property in England for €4 million.
The company said that the process of the sale will be used for the reduction of debt.
The former manufacturing facility near Stoke-on-Trent ceased production at the end of 2003.
