A bench warrant has been issued for “the unluckiest woman in Ireland” after she left Dublin Circuit Criminal Court just before she was to be sentenced.
Sonia Kennedy (26), Old Connaught Avenue, Bray, acted as a look-out for her ex-boyfriend when he stole over €40,000 worth of items from a Dún Laoghaire boutique. Judge Tony Hunt adjourned the case after hearing she had gone to the toilet. Judge Tony Hunt said he would give “the unluckiest woman in Ireland” some time to return. He issued a warrant for her arrest later.
