A 19-YEAR-OLD Co Waterford woman was charged at a special court in Midleton, Co Cork, last night with taking a baby from its mother's control at Erinville Hospital in Cork on Sunday evening, reports Dick Hogan.
Ms Susan McGovern, of Kilbrien, Ballinamult, Dun garvan, appeared before Judge Michael Patwell at Midleton District Court. She was remanded in custody to Cork District Court this morning.
