Sir, – Could I make a suggestion to those planning the car park in the new children’s hospital?
Please make the spaces wide enough to accommodate a buggy at the side of the vehicle.
Whereas an adult can be briefly left in a wheelchair away from the car, this will not be safe for children in buggies.
So before the new children’s hospital car park is finalised could I plead with the builders to think about this? – Yours, etc,
