Sir, – The Workplace Relations Commission has found that an atheist applicant to be a chaplain in the Defence Forces was discriminated against on the basis of religion (News, March 2nd).
Was the commission speaking ex cathedra in this judgment or can it be appealed? – Yours, etc,
