Sir, – Further to “New bridge over the Liffey: What do plans for Dublin Port look like?” (News, March 21st), shouldn’t Dublin Port be including a rail link on its proposed bridge?
This would remove a potential 353,000 container trucks off the roads altogether, not to mention any number of bin lorries heading for the incinerator (which should have had a rail link to begin with). – Yours, etc,
