Sir, – The Government is planning new rules to prevent the unauthorised use of rental properties for short-term holiday lettings (News, April 4th).
I don’t know if I am missing something here, but would it not have been a good idea to use the period of the eviction ban to prepare and implement these rules? – Yours, etc,
