Sir, – Generally, when one door shuts, another opens.
This does not seem to apply, however, to the new children’s hospital where more than 300 of them may be unhinged (“New children’s hospital board say design changes not to blame for costly delays”, News, July 19th).
Surely the threshold has been reached for the Government to step in? – Yours, etc,
