Sir, – As a long-time reader of The Irish Times, I find it perplexing that your digital platform’s accessibility falls short of the inclusivity standards you champion in your editorials.

Your publication prides itself on being Ireland’s leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Yet your mobile app’s limited text resizing options, inadequate contrast settings, and basic screen reader support tell a different story.

Your digital presence inadvertently excludes readers with visual impairments. Other Irish publications, not to mention international counterparts, have made significant strides in digital accessibility.
