Madam, - Recently I heard Peter Bacon (of Bacon reports fame) give a detailed description of his report on house prices on BBC Radio 4's You and Yours. Evidently there has been a steep rise in British house prices.
When he was asked whether or not his plan had worked in Ireland, he gave an unqualified "Yes".
