Sir, - I agree with Paul Delaney on the subject of dental caps (letters, August 14th).
To crown it all, dentists appear to be filling their pockets at will, and charging in such a way leaves me numb. Do we need to brace ourselves before the situation decays futher? Surely Department guidelines cannot be brushed away so easily. Maybe the guidelines just need to be toughened with new teeth. - Yours, etc.,
