Sir, – Going to town last week on the 130 bus from Clontarf, a young girl, high as a kite, robbed a young man of his phone. She then pressed the emergency door button and, after creating a fuss, jumped off the bus at Five Lamps. As we walked from Abbey Street to Henry Street, we were approached by five people all under the influence of something, begging for hostel money. In one of the unused doorways of a major department store there were six people openly using drugs. It was 3.15 in the afternoon. – Yours, etc,
