Sir, – It surprises me that a columnist of the supposed maturity of John McManus (Opinion, August 6th) could get so aroused by the breast-baring capers of jazz-singer Carina Fitzpatrick.
It seems the old saying still holds true: in the grip of excitement, some people “become so open-minded that their brains fall out”. – Yours, etc,
