Madam, - There has been a lot of publicity in the papers about nursing homes - bad publicity. I would like to say I am very happy in the nursing home I am in. The staff are wonderful - happy and cheerful - and no matter what happens, have great patience. What more can I say? The patients are nice too, so we all blend together. - Yours, etc,
