Sir, – With the lifting of restrictions, I headed to Howth to walk the hill. After what I am sure was a very busy weekend, at 9.30am this Monday, Howth was completely litter free, bins were emptied, and gardeners were out. Well done to Fingal County Council and all concerned. – Yours, etc,
