Sir, – Am I alone in being regularly harassed by selfish people who insist on either playing videos or making speaker-calls on their mobile phones on public transport, especially trains?
Why do these selfish individuals think it is acceptable to inflict their noise on fellow passengers?
It is a further decline in basic manners and general behaviour in general.
Every rail journey is certainly a very far cry from those utopian TV commercials! – Yours, etc,
