Madam, - As a member of the Educational Building Society I am startled to see that item 6 on the agenda for the agm on April 16th is the approval of non-executive(my italics) directors' remuneration totalling €583,000.
On the face of it, this seems excessive for 11 non-executive directors of a mutual society. - Yours, etc,
