Madam, - Almost every time I open a newspaper or magazine, a marketing insert falls out.
Could I suggest that newsagents supply a recycling green bin close to their premises, over which I can frisk the newly purchased publication to drop all unwanted extra material? The bin could be named "Buy and Bin" - or "Bye-Buy". - Yours, etc.,
