Madam, - We had the brouhaha over the allocation of funds for the development of Punchestown Racecourse. Then we had the e-voting debate. In the hope of placating all sides, may I suggest that the count for the coming citizenship referendum take place in Punchestown's fine facilities, especially in light of the Government being accused of playing the "race card"? - Yours, etc.,
