Madam, - After reading Liam Reid's report (August 12th) that work is to resume on the M50 at Carrickmines after a delay of two years, I could not help but wonder what that wasted €20 million could have done to all the other "medieval ruins" used as schools to teach our children. - Yours, etc.,
