Madam, - I've just received an e-mail from a friend in Dublin telling me she received my Christmas card to her on Monday, 19th January. I posted the card around December 17th. How much overtime had to be paid to "ensure" delivery of my card within four weeks? With such a service, it's no wonder An Post is losing money. - Yours, etc.,
