Sir, - Last Saturday's Irish Times Magazine (February 9th) included a good report on the Motte Restaurant, Inistioge, Co Kilkenny.
The author Chris Heaney correctly identifies the importance of a great finish (to a meal). What a shame that his piece finishes by concluding that €101.21 equals £128.5. - Yours, etc.,
