Madam, - "People in these countries collectively hold almost 90 per cent of total world wealth" ("Top 2 per cent hold more than 50 per cent of wealth, World News, December 6th).
Meantime the bottom 50 per cent of the globe's people share 1 per cent of the same planetary capital. Will they get a receipt?
