Sir, – Stephen Collins’s article (Opinion, November 23rd) regarding the slow-turning wheels of Government deserves a reply. Some time ago Taoiseach Enda Kenny said he would produce a report card on the performance of his ministers. To date it’s just another broken promise; a further example of politicians being out of touch when compared with people at work, where performance measurement and review of delivery are the norm! – Yours, etc,
