Sir, – Gerry Murphy (June 22nd), of the National Transport Authority, claims that “system accuracy is very important to us” when discussing the Real Time bus information system and suggests that the experience of Donal Lyons (June 20th) was an unusual occurrence. Not so, in my experience! As a frequent user of the associated online system in Cork city, I have found that the information supplied by the system is so often inaccurate that I have all but given up using it. – Yours, etc,
