A chara, – Without being patronising, could I warmly congratulate David Adams for a superb column on the profusion of Tricolours in Dún Laoghaire and his associated thoughts (Opinion, June 14th). Knowing where he has come from I would just like to say, may more and more “decent” friends hold the flag and cherish the “green and orange bars with the universal symbol of peace between them”. – Yours, etc,
