Re-erecting felled cross on Carrauntoohil

On November 29th 2014 a team climbed Carrauntoohil in Co Kerry to re-erect a steel cross that had been cut down secretly a week earlier. Here Mike O'Shea, Irish Rope Access, watches as the Landmark Cross is stood up once again. The task was undertaken on a voluntary basis by Mike O'Shea, Irish Rope Access, staff from Liebherr Container Cranes, Killarney, members of Beaufort Community Council and local landowners.
