Longford 2 St Patrick's Athletic 1: Longford Town came from behind to win at Flancare Park on Saturday night, and for good measure they moved above the Dublin side in the table.

St Patrick's went in front when Mark Casey turned in Keith Dunne's cross after 15 minutes.

The home side had less than a minute to wait to get back on terms, when Alan Murphy tucked away Dessie Baker's precise through-ball.

Baker was also involved in the winning goal when, on 66 minutes, Graham Gartland headed home his free-kick.
