CONNACHT FINAL: Bearna won the Connacht final edging the home club into second place at Westport Golf Club yesterday. Tom Lavelle (14), Noel Curran (13) and Brendan Davis (15) amassed a total of 85 points, two clear of the Westport team of Cathal Hughes (10), Mo Connell (15) and Christy O'Malley (15).

The Ulster final takes place at Castle Hume GC on Thursday with the Munster final down for decision next Monday at Nenagh.
