SOCCER: University of Ulster, Coleraine - defeated finalists in last year's Collingwood Cup - have given themselves another chance of capturing the trophy after a dramatic 15-14 penalty shoot-out semi-final win over DIT at DCU Sports Ground in Glasnevin.

Coleraine now go on to meet UCD in today's final (2.30pm) after the Belfield side just edged out UCC by a single goal in the other semi-final.

The strong wind had a major bearing on both ties, and the amazing penalty shoot-out included both goalkeepers saving spot kicks and also scoring one each themselves.
