Cork 0-24 Clare 1-10: Cork destroyed Clare with a points blitz in a one-sided Munster Intermediate hurling semi-final at Thurles yesterday.
Cork went six points clear inside the first quarter. Clare, with four points in five minutes, staged a comeback but Cork scored seven unanswered points to lead at the interval 0-14 to 0-4.
Cork's place in the final was well secure before Clare scored their goal, an injury-time effort from a Bernard Gaffney free.
