TWO brilliantly taken second-half goals by former Manchester United teenage striker Kevin Grogan enabled UCD to come from behind and record their first away win of the season at the Carlisle grounds last night.
Bray looked to be on the way to victory when central defender Colm Tresson had them ahead on 31 minutes. Linking up with his attack Tresson was able to shoot home from close range after a cross from the left by Kieran O'Brien.
But the Students were level on 51 minutes after Eoin Bennis evaded a clumsy tackle from Stephen Gifford and then outwitted Tresson to square the ball back for Grogan. His shot from 12 yards gave Bray goalkeeper, Eddie van Boxtel no chance.
Van Boxtel did well to deny a point blank effort from Ken Kilmurray after a long clearance by Robert McAuley. College made victory certain when Grogan shot home left footed from 10 yards after van Boxtel had flapped at a cross from the right by Ciaran Kavanagh on 82 minutes.
