Colleges Football/ St Patrick's Navan 2-15 St Mary's Galway 0-11: St Patrick's booked their place in the All-Ireland Colleges senior A football final with a 10-point victory over St Mary's at Pearse Park, Longford, on Saturday.
The Navan side were nine points clear at half-time with Steven Moran of St Patrick's netting the only goal of the first half.
St Mary's, Galway came out strong after the break when notching the first three points of the half through Paul Conroy, Eoin Corcannon and Vincent Flaherty. But St Patrick's replied with the next two points through Shane O'Rourke and Ross Geraghty.
St Mary's replied with two points from David O'Connell. But St Patrick's added two points from Brian Sheridan and O'Rourke while Seán Keating struck his side's second goal from close range to effectively end the contest.
