Munster Club SH/Mount Sion 4-8 Ahane 2-11: An injury-time goal from Daniel Kelly ensured Mount Sion a place in the Munster club hurling semi-finals at Fraher Park on Saturday afternoon.

It had looked as though Ahane had earned a replay when Pádraig Ryan levelled the game with his second goal of the day for the Limerick champions but Kelly was to have the final say.

With the help of Ryan's earlier goal Ahane led by 1-10 to 1-3 at the break but a far more convincing performance from the Waterford champions in the second half, which saw Ken McGrath score five points, guaranteed their advance.
