Kilkenny CBS 2-7 St Kieran's College 0-7: Kilkenny CBS knocked local rivals and defending champions St Kieran's out of the Leinster Senior Colleges at the semi-final stage at Nowlan Park on Saturday.
A 55th-minute goal from Mark Kelly ended the St Kieran's reign and set-up a Leinster final date with the Dublin Colleges in two weeks' time. A 27th-minute point from Richard Hogan from a free gave the eventual losers an interval lead of 0-4 to 0-3. Mark Bergin levelled the match at 0-6 each in the 46th minute before CBS took control of the game. Adrian Stapleton shot a goal for the CBS in the 47th minute before Kelly scored his goal.
