The Dún Laoghaire sailor, who came fourth in London, has been to the Rio venue numerous times this year and in 2015 and comes into her second Olympics with more experience and knowing what to expect. The challenge for her will probably be the lighter airs which are expected around the Brazil coast in their winter time and Murphy has been working hard to speed up her boat with less wind. She is the best known of the sailing team due to her incredible start in Weymouth where she won the four opening races before a podium place slowly drifted away.
