Paddy Jackson captains a strong Ulster side for their trip to play Cardiff Blues on Sunday.

He forms a halfback partnership with Ruan Pienaar, while Stuart Olding, Craig Gilroy and Jacob Stockdale form a dangerous back three.

With Stuart McCloskey starting for Ireland against England on Saturday Sammy Arnold and Luke Marshall play together in midfield.

Nick Williams returns at number eight, and he is joined by Chris Henry and Robbie Diack in the backrow.
