Leinster's injury issues appearing to be clearing up appreciably with the confirmation that Rob Kearney will be back for Friday night's Guinness Pro12 game against Edinburgh at the RDS and that Sean O'Brien and Marty Moore are both expected to be available for selection in about a fortnight.

Kearney hasn’t played since Leinster’s European Champions Cup defeat to Wasps in January is a bid to try and fully rehabilitate a chronic hamstring issue that also relates to the lower back.

The Leinster and Ireland fullback has been working hard in the past few weeks in training without any adverse effects and is looking forward to playing once again.

O'Brien and Moore should be available before the end of the month but Jack Conan is still wearing a protective medical boot.
